Biographies
Jon M. Thomas
Jon M. Thomas is president and co-founder of Thomas &
Williamson. Drawing on a background of civil engineering,
architectural drafting and design, management and planning, Mr. Thomas
has dedicated his career to creating strategic facility improvements
for his clients.
Prior to co-founding Thomas & Williamson, Mr. Thomas served for seven
years as Director of Commercial and Institutional Project for D&L,
Inc — a Pittsburgh engineering firm specializing in steel industry
applications. His previous positions include working as a designer for
Project Consulting Engineers and Dowler-Yecko Architects, and serving
as a Project Manager for Larsen & Ludwig Architects.
Mr. Thomas continues to gain industry knowledge through his
affiliations with the Council of Educational Facility Planners,
International, and the Pennsylvania School Business Officials.

David M. Williamson
David M. Williamson co-founded Thomas & Williamson with a goal of
putting his extensive project management and civil engineering
experience to work for companies and institutions. He currently serves
as the firm's Vice President and provides expert support for clients'
scheduling, estimating, cost control and construction management
issues. He also provides technical construction claims services,
analyzing and serving as an expert witness for numerous multi-million
dollar construction claims.
Mr. Williamson has a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering
from Carnegie-Mellon University and an MBA from the University of
Pittsburgh. He is also a Pennsylvania Registered Engineer.
